SHIPPING COSTS

Free shipping on orders over $59 (before taxes and excluding promotions).

Flat fee of $16.99 + taxes on orders under $58.99.

 

DELIVERY SERVICES

All shipments are made via Canada Post's Expedited Parcel service and include a tracking number.

 

LOCAL DELIVERY SERVICES

We will contact you in advance.

 

SHIPPING TIMES

Packages are prepared and shipped within 3 to 5 business days of order placement.

Shipping time will depend on the destination address and the carrier's lead time.

 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

WD Soaps & Bodycare is not responsible for stolen or damaged packages or Canada Post delivery errors.

Customers are responsible for verifying their shipping address when placing their order.

WD Soaps & Bodycare is not responsible if a package is delivered to the wrong address due to an error in the delivery address. For any package returned to us following a delivery error by the customer (address error, forgotten apartment number, incomplete address, for example), a reshipment fee of $16.99 + taxes will be charged, even if the order was originally shipped free of charge.

WD Soaps & Bodycare is not responsible for items stolen from an order after it has been delivered.
